How It All Started
You know that warm and so fuzzy feeling you get when you know you've done something GREAT. Well that was the feeling I had when I designed my first website in 2003 while in college. I can say and yes it's cliche that it was love at first site (a website that is)! After a 10-year hiatus (working a series of dead-end social services jobs) I decided to up-level my web design skills with an online course. Feeling quite daring, I invested in obtaining a Software Development certification, which allowed me to be exposed to front-end and back-end development. This certification opened the door to the world of Software Testing (QA). Shortly after, I was introduced to trailhead and built my first app at a tech meet up. Fast forward to 2020, during the lockdown, a spark returns to hit the trail (onTrailhead) and transition into a career in Salesforce. This is the place to serve and use my creativity to help service the world.
" If there is a project that needed to be taken care of, I knew with all certainty that I could count on Jael. She is an incredibly hard worker, efficient with tasks and projects and was always ready to do whatever was needed for the team. She was able to handle new processes and changes quickly and apply them to the task at hand. I appreciated and valued her insight in areas where the team needed to grow and strengthen in. Whatever team she is on and leads, she will be an integral part to their success."
